We have also “bundled” several classes. This means by taking one of our Workforce Development classes, you may be able to obtain several skills that are recognized across several industries.

The demand for cooks and chefs with basic, essential culinary skills is high and is expected to remain that way for a number of years. CCBC has partnered with Maryland Food Bank's FoodWorks program to offer the highly-regarded Culinary Basics course. Student chefs will become expert in knife skills, meat grilling, preparing sauces and much more.
